• Accreditation Application form — organisation name, contact person, designation, email, phone, organisation type, scope requested, and any supporting documents you upload.
• Contact form — name, email, subject, and message.
• Verify dispute/report form — the business name being reported, your email (optional), and details of the claim.

Why we collect it

We process this information to assess accreditation applications, respond to general enquiries, and investigate reports of false or misleading accreditation claims. This is necessary to perform our function as an accreditation body and to respond to requests you have initiated.

Third parties

We use third-party service providers to operate this website and process the information above, including our web hosting provider, email delivery service, and Google Fonts (which loads a typeface from Google’s servers and may receive your IP address as a result). We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected — for example, accreditation application records are kept for the duration of an accreditation relationship and a reasonable period afterward for audit purposes.
