Organisations that certify halaal products, premises, or services submit an application against HACA’s published standards, including the scope of accreditation requested.
We assess competence, independence, and procedural consistency against our published standards. Successful applicants are accredited and added to the public registry.
Accredited bodies are subject to periodic review. Status changes — suspension, withdrawal, or expiry — are reflected in the registry as they take effect.
